Meta User Data Deletion Instructions
This page serves as the public data deletion instructions URL for TicTac Communication Solutions Ltd. If you used a Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta-connected login, lead form, or integration associated with our services and want your personal data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to submit a deletion request
- Remove the relevant TicTac connection from your Meta account settings. In Facebook, remove the app or website from your connected apps. In Instagram, remove the connected website or app from your account permissions.
- Send an email to info@tictac-group.co.il with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, preferred contact details, the email address or phone number used with us, and your Facebook or Instagram app-scoped user ID if it is available.
What we will do
- Verify the request so we do not delete the wrong record.
- Delete or anonymize the personal data we control and can match to your request.
- Reply by email if we need additional identifying details.
- Aim to complete confirmed requests within 30 days.
We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Meta may also retain information it controls under its own policies.

כיצד מגישים בקשה למחיקת מידע

- ציינו שם מלא, פרטי התקשרות לחזרה, כתובת דוא״ל או מספר טלפון ששימשו אתכם מולנו, ואם יש ברשותכם גם מזהה משתמש של Facebook או Instagram ברמת האפליקציה, צרפו אותו לבקשה.
מה יקרה לאחר קבלת הבקשה
- נבצע אימות זהות סביר כדי לוודא שהבקשה מתייחסת לרשומה הנכונה.
- נמחוק או נהפוך לאנונימי מידע אישי הנמצא בשליטתנו ושניתן לשייך לבקשה.
- אם יידרשו פרטים נוספים לצורך זיהוי, נחזור אליכם בדוא״ל.
- נשאף להשלים בקשות מאומתות בתוך 30 ימים.
ייתכן שנידרש לשמור מידע מצומצם כאשר קיימת חובה חוקית, צורך בחשבונאות, מניעת הונאה, אבטחת מידע או טיפול במחלוקות. בנוסף, Meta עשויה לשמור מידע המצוי בשליטתה בהתאם למדיניות שלה.
